Information is POWER. In the busy spring and summer months, many homes are on the market for a short time before they are sold. If they are priced right and in good condition, there could be multiple offers before it reaches the public. Often, finding the right house requires a close relationship with a Realtor who can identify new listings and arrange showings in a timely fashion. A good Realtor needs to know the market and know your needs.
I carry the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation which is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) to those Realtors who have met the specific educational and experiential criteria needed to provide the high level of quality service required by REBAC.
Finding the right home is a process that calls for teamwork. I appreciate the trust and collaboration that is developed as we pursue your goals.
I believe the home’s condition and price, in addition to your vision will determine whether or not it is the right home. I do not view myself as a “sales person”. It is my job to show you homes you are interested in while providing you all the necessary information to help you make informed decisions. I trust you and your process.
*As a Buyer’s Agent I have had a range of experiences with buyer’s; showing one home to a thrilled couple who quickly purchased to showing 75 + homes to someone over a period of two years before we found the right one. The focus is process AND outcome.
When you have settled into your new home, I want you to say to your friends, “Tom Harper was our Realtor, he worked hard for us. You should call him !”
